- Recordings are visible only to the family account that made them.
- Dalia always introduces herself as an AI and asks before recording.
- She never asks for money, passwords or personal documents.
What we collect
- Waitlist: your email and how you heard about Dalia. We use it only to invite you and to learn how people find us.
- Accounts: your email and name, and the sessions and recordings your family creates.
- Visits: we count page views without cookies. Our analytics provider, PostHog, receives your IP address, which we use to estimate your country and city. If you accept analytics cookies, PostHog also recognizes returning visits and keeps session replays of our public pages: a reconstruction of clicks, scrolling and page layout (not a video), with anything you type hidden. Sign-in and account pages, your family's stories and calls are never included.
- Using Dalia: we record actions like creating a conversation, sharing a link or playing a recording, and facts about calls like their length and how they ended, linked to a random account ID. Never names, titles, transcripts or anything anyone said.
- We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.
